I have had three "Approved" withdrawals from Dr Vagas that have yet to be credited to my account.

1. £219.90 (Approved on 17th April) - ID reference 5036563
2. £60.00 (Approved on 18th April) - ID reference 5037311
3. £111.60 (Approved on 18th April) - ID reference 5037586

I have been advised that a trace was implemented over a week ago, but have received no response.

I have been advised that a payment gateway upgrade/changeover had been implemented.

It is now entering the 3rd week, and no sign of the money entering my account.
