Six Weeks ago I cashed out $1129 at Ruby Slot casino. I submitted all the documents that were needed and it was approved. I contacted chat live and I was told that my issue would be escalated to the casino manager and I would be receiving an email shortly. I never did get it. Six plus weeks is a long time to wait for a payout.
