Hi Roberto...my username is DANaconda , the same as it is here....i have no idea as to what the problem may be with my account now , as i did the necessary checks with ASC support before registering . Now i am told my details have similarities with another . Does that mean there is another player from PERTH at ASC , or another from the tiny slums of KOONDOOLA where i live , oh no i must be fraudulant...cmon guys give me a break..... Roberto while i do at times get angry and sometimes abusive please understand that this is the product of juggling my working life in Australia , and trying to support my family overseas in Vietnam .While saving my wages to enable my family to be together ,the casinos provide me with a way to get extra funds to support wife and child while continuing to play but It seems that ASC may have beaten me into submission with these delays and now i will just go along with the neverending flow of delays , all the while depositing money into other casinos . I will send ASC the new documents as requested AGAIN , and if the delays continue then i will just forget about it . I have never felt so disappointed in the workings of a casino as i am now , but i thank ASC for teaching me that just because a casino states it is honest and fair , and hiding behind the ECOGRA standards , that may not always be the truth . I joined ASC in good faith , following the recommendations of a friend , who obviously didnt ask for a withdrawal =) , and enjoyed my short time there . This episode has left a terrible taste in my mouth and along with the pressure coming from my wife , and separation from child i am at the end of the line i feel , regarding ASC . Roberto i dont know if you have ever felt the wrath of a 4ft Viet woman , but let me tell you it aint pleasant , and the the probs that ASC has caused seems like childs play .
Roberto , i will send the new docs off asap , and i hope that ASC finally warms its cold heart and reviews its treatment of paying customers . I will continue to deposit sums of money into casinos in the hope of shortening time apart from my family , but sadly ASC will not be one of them .As for yourself Roberto , thanks for whatever it is you do . I am not sure if your help has done anything to help the situation , but please accept my most sincerest apologies for any abuse you may have received . Dont misconstrue it as personal , i just hate when honest people are treated as fools and left out of pocket such as my self . For anyone reading this out there in the online casino world...........Avoid at all costs the two casinos from jackpot factory....Allslots casino and all jackpots casino are not very player friendly , and will try whatever they can to not payout your winnings .You will be better off flushing your money diwn the toilet , or better yet give it to me , so I can be reunited with my family..Hahaha if you do join allslots , then please be nice to roberto , no doubt you will soon meet him online , coz he does a sterling job at defending those that have refused to pay you .
