OK I received an email for 40 free spins . I went to play after log in as instructed and they did not work. I talked to live help agent and after emailing the email I received they said I could go ahead with my spins. They did not work. Went back to another agent and this agent told me I played them ,which was very untrue. I spoke with another agent they said go ahead it's ready to play and again did not work. Spoke with yet another today and half way threw our cobversation they diapered and I got another agent.I've wasted overy 1.5 hours with these people and still don't have my spins
It does not end there this morning I receive another email for 10 spins on there new games and do you think they worked he'll no. This is outright takeing advantage of fauls advertizing. One agent tried to tellING me I played them which is a straight lie right after they told me this the ended conversation.

I received a response from all slots and they tell me I have another account that was opened up in February that I seem to have forgotten about. Strangle enough I am sure having two accounts is not allowed but for some reason they tell me that they will give me my spins on that second account no problem. This still does not explain the one customer service rep that tells me I had already used the spins on that account and ended conversation with me.
Anyways there ya have it people the free spins are available on my second account which I had forgotten about. I hope I don't win with those spins as I bet there will be an issue collecting the money.
