So i have been playing all slots for a month or two now and put in a a fair bit the other day i decided to withdraw my 5k i new they would ask me for verification so i had my passport.drivers license front and back.bank card(master card) which i use to deposit front and back..letter from my bank stating account details
... vehicle rego stateing address all scanned and sent to them waited two days got an email saying all approved waited another day to be sent an email saying their was a problem and the money was put back in my casino account. Said my preffered method of payment being my mastercard that i use to deposit wasnt working well surprise surprise it works when they want money....will try to resolve this peacfully before taking legal action as i have all the emails and screen shots of my account bank statements and online account.
