Dear People,

Over a week ago i send my verification files to All Jackpots Casino. Until today i still didnt get a reply from them. They respond very slowly. I already send in my documents one week ago. I still didnt get a reply from them. Hopefully you can help me to speed up the process and eventually receive my withdrawal.

I am still wiating for my account to be verified. I was called 2 times and both of htese times i wasnt able to pick up. I went in the livechat many times to request a call. It is taking days for them to finally give me a call. And i couldnt reply at that moment because i was in college. When i tried to login into my account i suddenly found out that my account had been locked. They locked my account because they couldnt reach me they said. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. I asked them many times to call me. I believe i asked them about 10 times since i made this first post.....

Don't worry, locking account is normal procedure, it will be unlocked as soon as they call you: why don't you try calling them when you have time? they can call you back right after and verify all your data...

It's a big joke. I just called your customer service. And guess what. They couldnt help me, because the financial department has to call me. (they never call me) Again a dissapointment. Why do you tell me i can make a simple call? I put so much time in it to reach you. All effort seem to be in vain. Its horrible. Everyone should think a second time before playing in this casino!
