I was advised on the 22nd march my withdrawal to my credit card wasn't processed due to "technical" issues. I had to then supply bank details. I did this on the 24th march. The payment was processed & then rejected on the 28tj march due to incorrect bank details. That was my fault. I accept that. Then the correct details were provided, I was advised the payment was then re processed on the 1st April. I was given the payment reference number. I have then been chasing my payment since the 1st April. Payment not received. Was advised on the 9th of April there was a delay in payments & asked to wait another 3 days. Followed up again today, being the 10th April. Have again been advised the was a "technical" issue & my payment will probably be reprocessed today or tomorrow & have been asked to wait another 5 days!!! This is a joke! They dont seem to have problem taking my money. oh and i am also a VIP CUSTOMER. want my money by COB tomorrow 11th April!!
