Having problems with withdrawl. Withdrew winnings on 29th Dec.,2013.

Have emailed and live chatted but no answer on email and live chat gives the same answer...give us 24 hours ...or finance team has it in hand or finance team is not there.

Casino publishes that payouts will be 4 business days but that does not happen.

Was promised I would be emailed and phoned but that did not happen. Have been very patient with this casino.....no customer service...would not play this casino again.

Was surprised to receive email after many tries to get this resolved.

Will not play at this casino again because it should not be that hard to receive winnings.

Customer service is really bad, as promised made to contact via email and phone did not happen. Be wary of this casino.
