Playamo Casino - Applying non-existing wagering requirements over my deposit, refusing to refund

Hi guys.
I have a small issue with Playamo. At first I didnt want to post my complain here, but i had second thoughts - maybe my complain warns other players against this casino.
It started when I saw their ad at one of the websites with Microgaming and Immortal Romance slot. I am not so fond of Micro, but that day I decided to check my luck and made a deposit – 50Euro with 100% welcome bonus.
And You know what? They cheated on me 1st time: Playamo doesn’t have Microgaming. But They really have the Microgaming banner placed at the footer. Little liars))).
BTW Askgamblers also could check your playamo review because it is mentioned that playamo still has micro there.
As I didn’t make any spins I decided to cancel my bonus and withdraw my 50Euro and find another casino with Micro. But They rejected my payout cause Playamo has a policy that the players should wager their funds at least 3 times before withdrawal or The player should pay the payment processing fee. Yes I know that some casinos have such rules.
But I didn’t find these rules anywhere on Liars again.
Playamo still holds my money. And I didn’t wager my deposit also.
Maybe I am a bit stubborn, but in my humble opinion Playamo should withdraw my money without any additional requirements, cause it is their faults. It will be good for them to check the website and add this item about deposit wager to their T&C and remove Microgaming banner from their website.

Please, forgive us for misleading You with Microgaming.

Actually, Micro doesn't temporary work with Playamo. It will be launched within 2 weeks.

We have rules to prevent fraud actions. One of these rules sounds like "money deposit shall be used for wagering".

Nevertheless, We have paid out your money and credited compensation on your accaunt.

I confirm Playamo have withdrawn my 50Euro without any fee and even gave me 50 freespins)))))

The problem is kind of solved, maybe one day I will give PLayamo a second shance.
