I've registered to Slotobank Casino about 2-3 months ago. I've deposited several times, and after a bigger winning i wanted to withdraw the money. After that they asked me to send verifiation documents and locked my account. I've sent them the documents several times. Contacted the support, they have said that they see the docs, but my account is under investigation for over 1,5 months!! I've also contacted their admins, wrote them my story that i'm a legal player with fair winnings and withdrawal request but i never get an answer from them only from the support who can only say that this thing belongs to the security department and they can not connect them or can not help.. be patient and they will contact me. They are telling me this for about 2 moths now and i'm very frustrated that they won't unlock my account and wont let me to get my well earned money..
Can you please help me fix this problem and get my money?
