Account closed with no reason


My account was suddenly closed today for security reasons. I dont why. For several months, I had deposit countless time to Slotobank.com and have lost a lot. They never closed my account, but now for the very first time, I may have a chance to meet the wagering requirments, just maybe, they closed my account for security reason. Is this so I wont make my wagering requirments, which expires in 2 days. This seems very suspicious to me. It make me so angry and frustrated. I will definetly not recommend this casino to others, but the opposite. Stay away. This problems never occurs with the other big casino, or other casinos at UK. Where is Anna Kruse, when I need her. Very dissapointing.

Unfortunately, we have no other option, but to close the case as Unresolved and hope that Slotobank management will reconsider their final decision at a later stage.

We highly appreciate your time and would kindly ask you for 72 hours to give the final answer on your case. Since previously you've accepted the initial deposit and refused the bonus on top.
We will reconsider the case within mentioned time period to see if the bonus can be restored with the balance and wagering amount before account closure.

Thanks for putting your effort in this case askgamblers, as I mention before you xan close this case, in my opinion the case not resolved, but thats my opinion. If a casino can use a practice like this one giving people bonus, then see that maybe they will fullfill the wagering requirments, then they go inn a freeze your account. Arent we as costumer supposed to have a funtime at the casino? I think that people are eligble to know this about this casino, not wasting theyr money. For me if I cannot pickup were I was, when bonus still active, this case not resolve. Its like somebody steal your money,35K,and they hey all we can say is sorry for your incoveniance, but you will get your deposit back. But can you give back all those hours I spent to play to fullfill the wagering requirments. Just close this case, thinking about this case will only ruin my day.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been informed by the new management of Slotobank Casino that you have been offered a resolution of this case consisting in your deposit and bonus being reinstated. You then refused the bonus, but accepted the refund of your deposit amount which you later played and lost.

We totally understand that having your deposit and bonus reinstated with all the wagering requirements still to be met as well as without your previous winnings being reinstated is definitely not the same as having your balance recovered to the exact amount and remaining wagering requirements as it was at the moment when the account was closed due to ''suspicions activities'' which have never been proved anyways. However, as per your own statements, you accepted the deposit refund. Therefore, we kindly ask you to clarify whether we could consider this case as Resolved.

Bonus taken away unfairly!
i did register on slotobankcasino (26/07/2016 19:18:19) . And i did make my first deposit. so i did get my first deposit bonus.. I started to play and wager they wgaering was 7000€ but i did win really nice wins. And i had allmost completed my wagering . So suddenly they did close my account (for security reasons) this has never happened to me never ever!!! Then tehy wanted some documents and i did send everything to them immediatly.. (even if i was wondering why are they asking me this. usually casinos asks for documents when you are making withdrawal but i did send them and they did investigate my documents for many many days,, now they did open my account again but they did put y bous balance to zero. because the term&conditions says that you have to Wager in 5 days I think they had my account blocked for 5 days because they did not want me to succes with the wagering. i want to continue were i was before they did block my account. I want my bonus amount back on my account and i want continue wagering. this is not fare if they block me then i should get more time with wagering.. And all of my documents was accepted and there was NO PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT... no reason for blocking me ... ANd i did never get any answer why they did block me!! Did not pay real-money winnings, no response
Hi, on 30th May I played at slotobank with a 8€ commission (regular transfer from affiliate-account to player account). I had luck and finally could withdraw 2700€. Even I'm already a "verified" player and also did already made a withdrawal in the past I got a request to send documents for verification. I did. But no response or confirmation... Whatever.. The next day I saw in my account that the withdrawal-request had a new status "success - in order to transfer funds". No Rollback possible anymore. Everything looks fine.. A few days later I had contact with support / affiliate manager and I clarified the things because I got only 8€ commission and finally made a withdraw of 2700€. "I'm pretty sure there is nothing to worry about"... this was more or less the last sentence from "Alex" - the affiliate manager. He also told me that my bets are "under investigation" because of bonus-rules ..?! I never played with a bonus. But ok. Maybe standard-procedure or whatever. Last monday I took the right to ask for a status. But no reply. Later that day I asked again via email - still no response (last week Alex replied to my mails within minutes)... So I tried to get an info from regular player support - but they told me, they have no access but they forwarded it to the "relevant department"... But still no answer. I saw, that I had a "slotobank"-contact in skype who was online at the moment.. I said "hello" and some seconds later - they blocked me. No response. Again I tried to contact someon (support, affiliate-manager and [email protected]) but still no response. Live-Chat has still "no access" but contacted Alex too via mail and I should do that too again - she told me. I did today early.. But still no answer... I saw, that a "slotobank"-contact is active here (last on monday?). So I hope I'll get any kind of info what is with my 2700€ withdrawal! Regards, freakspin (username at slotobank)
