I made a deposit 7.5.2018. I won 1240 euros. sent documents 8.5.2018. I received no reply. turned to chat 10.5 said that the account is not verified. because there are not enough documents. sent they the same documents 10.5. now they do not answer anything. they say in the chat. that they are not going to turn out in the near future because they have some problems. but they accept a new deposits. I dont know whe will pay me, in their TaC said that withdrawal up to 48h. I am waiting for my moneey more than 150h

I registered on Wildslots casino 11/29/2016. After making my first deposit and playing the slot called "Break Da Bank Again" I won a big jackpot. My balance was at 3400 when suddenly I got logged out of my account, and was unable to log back in. I checked my emails and saw that the casino had asked me for documentation before they could reopen my account. I was uncomfortable doing this and the Christmas holidays came along so I did not do it right away. After the holidays had passed I finally brought myself to make an appointment to the notary office and get them signed. When I asked the casino where my money was they said the 200 was in my account. June 6th: I made a deposit of 30 euros using Euteller, but the money never showed up in my player account. Hello I can not wait longer , i feel i have to post a complain on ask gamblers hoping you can help me. Hi I joined Wildslots a couple of days ago and after a small deposit of £20 had some big wins and wanted to withdraw £1900. I did not accept a bonus so there is no issue there.
