After 3 weeks my £2,000 withdrawal is still not processed

3weeks ago on 4th April I won £2000 actually was more but I ended up playing back some of the winnings as they want you to do when they leave it as pending for ages... I was told over a week ago I would it would be getting approved mid week and by Friday still hadn’t heard a thing so I emailed again to be told by a Daniel Jenkins that due to money laundering regulations I would need to verify my address and a letter would be sent Monday recorded delivery i was told this was a one off procedure and would t need to do this again on any more withdrawals I made,,, I emailed back and showed him proof I had already done this in Feb and sent the verification code I was mailed back then I have had no reply from him.. I emailed customer services again to be told as I’m a vip Anita would contact me Monday no body as yet and my withdrawal is still that there. I’ve emailed both Anita and customer services again and keep getting ignored this casino used to be great for paying out years ago but last couple of years is a nightmare ,,, I’m thinking now of closing my account after I’ve been paid if they work out what I spend to what I’ve withdrawn is it really worth losing a regular player over???? I’ve found another casino that pays out within 2 days what a difference
