hello,yesterday I have made a deposit of 25 euros and got first deposit bonus 25 eur .I had to wagered 875 euros before bonus will be wagered and I can withdraw.I have done wagering ending 375 euros on my account.But casino removed all my winnings without any explanation and left me with innitial bonus amount 25 eur.They also removed all free spins which comes with first deposit offer.Chat is not responding normally .They do not give clear answer why they removed all winnings and free spins.Please help to get my money.

All these points you may find in our General Terms and Conditions as well as at the welcome package page. We haven`t breach any terms and did all what was prescribed by them.

In 99% online casinos after you wagered the bonus you are free to withdraw money you wan . This casinos made insane crazy rules after I have wagered my bonus amount 35 times I can not withdraw my winnings.So what is the purpose of making deposit and bonus. Those bonus are completly out of sense.

According to our Welcome Package rules (point 9): "The bonus rollover must be completed in full before the customer can withdraw the funds from the account. After the bonus has been redeemed, your main account will be credited with the remaining bonus funds, which will not exceed the total bonus amount. Deposit of 75 EUR not completed

I deposited 2 times with a tokencash voucher. A first deposit of 50 euros and then one of 25 euros. My money was never credited to my balance and I checked the balance of my two vouchers and the funds were debited. I contacted customer service.

On 12/14/2020 January they started the verification process after the withdrawal software rejected all withdrawals from my account. (for the 4th time). however that is not the problem. Hello. 1xslot casino is blocking people instantly after making deposit using PAYEER. I am co-administrator of the one of the biggest casino forums, I received many messages that 1xslot is blocking accounts instantly after making deposit using PAYEER. So on my own I have created account (I didnt have account there), I put all my data and deposited using my PAYEER account.
