1xslots Casino - Unable to withdraw funds, denied


My account number: <account number removed > I have tried 13 times to withdraw the majority of my balance at 1Xslot. Many times I have been denied through credit card option, first time it the problem was lack of ID, fair enough, I sent all they needed. Then i was verified. Then technical issues, then it was no longer an option to use the credit card option, then I tried bank transfer and that didn´t work. Then I was told to use Neteller through email corrospondance, when I went back to wtihdraw, the Neteller icon was gone. Then they asked me to use Skrill instead. Then Neteller all of a sudden was back, but I couldn´t withdraw with Neteller when I hadn´t deposited with Neteller. Then I deposited with Neteller, but then the icon disappeared again. After logging on over and over the Neteller icon finally returned. Then I tried to withdraw, but my transfer was declined because I hadn´t deposited enough to use Neteller as a withdraw option. In short, my withdraw requests has been denied 13 times, I have endless discussions with "support" via email, Chat is not working 9/10 times. I am not giving up and have started my recording where I explain the whole scenarion with email-­cor­res­pon­dence, chat and screen shots of denied requests.

In your case you need to:
1. Make one more withdrawal request to the bank card you use to deposit from.
2. There are the cases when the system can decline your withdrawal request automatically, in such case kindly address [email protected] to confirm 3 payment methods. For this you’d need to attach the screenshots from your personal account area of each wallet/payment solution indicating the withdrawal method.
