My name is andrew morley who is a member of 1xslots.com ( 22705649 )
I have withdrawn small amounts in the past with not many issues. But this time is different.
I have gone to make a withdrawal and had my SMS verification code sent to my phone looking like this ( DÜ£qv
æΔpBMì¤Ü7ud£9Ψ
æ4ddé;­ΨøΔ­kJe­¥r&NÆ5l¡£rMΔtÜ£ ).
I was told by them to contact my network provider about the problem. I did that and it and there are no issues with my network provider.
I also switch to a different phone to see if that would work but I was getting the same message in some sort of code.
I have now been trying to contact 1xslots support and the messages I've been getting a very vague and we seem to be emailing back and forward with no resolution at all.
Has anybody else had a problem with SMS verification been sent like this?
I've tried so many different things and nothing is fixing the problem

Dear ANDYM252525,

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to make a withdrawal yet and I understand your frustration for that. We`ve investigated your case and came to the conclusion that one of the possible reasons for SMS issues on our side is our SMS service provider being unable to provide us with a sustainable service. We kindly ask you to be patient as this kind of problems usually takes time to be resolved.
We do our best to resolve it.

Dear ASKGAMBLERS,

We`ve already explained ANDYM252525 via private messages how he should proceed in this case. For the moment we see that he didn`t make any withdrawal request as it was advised July 30 and didn`t contact our Support team for this reason.
