1xslots Casino - Issues with all payment methods


I deposited via Visa by friday. 50e and 40e. Won big. Then started the problems via Visa. They cant pay via that to me. It says it is approved first and then declined (unsupported card type). Then they adviced to make a new deposit with new method as i can withdraw my money.
Then they asked documents. Today they were approved. I was happy that now i can withdraw. They decline every attempt, even the other payment method that i was adviced to do. IM speechless and Support has this automatic replay to everytjing. Theyre not helping.
I really dont know what to do to get my money as they are not willing to pay by the methods that i used or like theyre T&C says that if its needed the pay via bank transfer to customers but they wont do that to me.
They are only againsaying that i have to make a new deposit.
Isnt this illegal?? They are holding my money even theyre payment systems arent working i think normally casino is willing to use the method that is workkng. Please help me.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here. Kindly accept our apologies for such long withdrawal and for our support service as well as for leaving you without any reply for a while. Unfortunately we couldn`t reach you because of some technical issues on Askgamblers` side.
You couldn’t withdraw a certain sum because of operator’s rejection, here it’s a bank-emitter of the card. There might be regular VISA payment delays and refusals lately. Even after a big number of rejections we still hoped that the payment would be made, we decided to pass your money to a bank account. The worst thing that such refusals of payment systems make worse the impression of our casino in some way.
If you still want to close your account, we kindly ask you to write [email protected] and note the reason why we should block your account, then follow the given instructions. There is a chance that you’ll have to show some documents because we need to be sure that it’s you who wants to close your account, not a third party (your friend or relative).

I have reached my money. After this issue they approved suddenly a payment method that was declined previously. Of course i had it used as a deposit, but all good everything and now IM hoping the account closure finished.
