I am waiting for my withdrawal for 4 days

I have been waiting since Monday the 22nd of august to make a withdrawal. they have not approved. I won 16700 euros and the only response I get from the live chat support before they close the conversation is that they are reviewing my withdrawal and I should expect to hear from them very soon. The only answers I get are standard answers.

I have made a withdrawal of 4705 euros which is the maximum through their fast bank transfer. In their own terms of rules, a player needs resolution on a withdrawal within 48 hours. Now it's almost 96 hours and no answers. I've been reading, unfortunately too late, that they do such things with a lot of people. That means I am not the first and probably not the first here also. It's frustrating that I've spent hours (money wise only 550euro), but have won such a huge amount and I can't get my winnings out. What should I do?

I have asked 1 bet to implement a deposit limit of one hundred euros per mont,h but they won't do it

I have emailed support and their in-site chat, but to no avai,l and they will not give a reason except that they believe I should watch how much I am spending!!

Are they allowed to refuse this request?

I opened and account and won approximately €400.

When I tried to withdraw, my account number was not being accepted (screenshot attached)

I contacted support and sent numerous emails. I have not received any feedback.

Surely this isn't the first time its happened, I see another player had a similar issue.

1Bet has delayed my verified withdrawal for over 2 weeks with no action

I requested a withdrawal of approx ₦950,000 (~€600) from my verified 1Bet account over two weeks ago. All my documents were submitted and accepted—ID, proof of address, and payment method. Yet the withdrawal is still pending.

Customer support gives only vague responses, telling me to “wait for the payout team” without giving any timeframe or confirmation. I have received no real updates via email or chat.

This is a large amount of money, and I complied fully with all terms and KYC steps. I expect my payout to be processed or at least receive a valid explanation.

I have a pending withdrawal via Interac Etransfer. Amount is $7,500 Canadian Dollars.

They have asked for verification documents, and they would take a day or two to respond always. Asking for documents one at a time rather than asking for everything all at once.

I have provided all the requested documents, passport, utility bill, bank statements and selfie with me holding my id.

They seem to be purposely delaying it.

I still have a balance of $50,403.33 that I need to withdraw.

I can only make 1 withdrawal at a time.

No response to my emails regarding to withdrawal

I'm having trouble getting approved in their KYC system. Never experienced these problems before. With the help of my bank, I got a document that lives up to what they require. But after that, which was June 6th, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have written again and again to get the finance department and customer support. I am completely ignored. Don't know what to do. So this service is my last resort.

Casino refusing to close my account

I have been trying to permanently close my account with 1bet for 6 months and they are ignoring my requests. I have emailed them over 20 times in this period requesting my permanent account closure. I keep being harassed via WhatsApp by the account manager who is not acknowledging that I want my account closed on a permanent basis. I just want them to permanently close my account.

Account closure issue with 1Bet

I’ve sent several emails to 1Bet requesting for my account to be permanently closed, but they haven’t responded.

It’s been 5 days now since I made the request and they won’t respond or action against my request, instead, they keep sending me emails offering me free bets and free spins which I explicitly requested in my email that I do not want any promotions or offers. I just want to close the account permanently as I am unsatisfied with their service and they never respond to customer emails.

I’ve tried live chat, but they weren’t helpful. They said that I should email them to Buch I’ve done and as per their terms and conditions, they are supposed to respond within 48 hours, it’s been 5 days now and they won’t respond.

I would appreciate any help the AGCS can provide to help me with this issue.

Issue with 1Bet withdrawal

1BET won’t payout and they do not give a reason for not processing the withdrawal. As per their payment policies etransfer should be processed within 24hours, it’s been 4.5 days now and the transaction is still pending. 1bet doesn’t respond to my emails and live chat doesn’t respond to me anymore. I don’t really know what to do right now since I can’t even communicate with 1Bet. I’d like to request for assistance from AGCCS in resolving this issue.
I’ve been patiently waiting hoping that 1bet would eventually process the transaction but nothing has changed in almost 5 days now, and I can’t even get through to the casino. Your help would be appreciated.

Delayed withdrawal and login error

They said 0-1 hour for the withdrawal to skrill, or immediately.

I've been waiting for 35 hours, I wrote to livechat and they said I'll get it right away but nothing happens.

They also said it takes more time to withdraw but they refused to link to exactly that.

It's not normal that you have to wager your deposit 5 times even if you don't use a bonus, and now they're delaying the withdrawal too.

Now they say they don't know exactly how long it takes to pay because they don't have a time limit specified in the regulations.

My withdrawal was canceled because I didn't complete the 5x wager.

I have photo evidence that I completed the 5x wager, the colleague said I still have to bet 47 euros, so I made a bet of 57 euros.

Now 3 days later, my payment request was cancelled and now they are lying that I still have to bet 5 euros.
