No response to my emails regarding to withdrawal

I'm having trouble getting approved in their KYC system. Never experienced these problems before. With the help of my bank, I got a document that lives up to what they require. But after that, which was June 6th, I have not been able to get in touch with them. Have written again and again to get the finance department and customer support. I am completely ignored. Don't know what to do. So this service is my last resort.

Normally if you make a bet thats above limit you get
A warning. Never got any kind of warning. In the terms and conditions you statet yourself that the limit was 12 eur. Then i pointet out that i havent placed any bets over 12 eur. Then you claimed that now its under 6 eur. And now 5. I have ask you several times to prof your claims. I can also right some stuff right here thats in the terms and conditions. Its not clear you know the terms yourself. The only thing i know is that i waited 12.days to get 1000 eur withdrawal. You ignored me and then declined my withdrawal and left me with 100eur on claims that you cannot prof.

26.8.1. Casino bonus manipulation amongst others, may consist of:
(d) Placing bets of amounts higher than 12€ (or equivalent to € in other currency) or 5% of the given bonus, whichever is lower.

In your case, the lower amount was 5% of the awarded bonus. Since the awarded bonus amount was 100 EUR, this means the maximum allowed bet stake was 5 EUR.
