1Bet has delayed my verified withdrawal for over 2 weeks with no action

I requested a withdrawal of approx ₦950,000 (~€600) from my verified 1Bet account over two weeks ago. All my documents were submitted and accepted—ID, proof of address, and payment method. Yet the withdrawal is still pending.

Customer support gives only vague responses, telling me to “wait for the payout team” without giving any timeframe or confirmation. I have received no real updates via email or chat.

This is a large amount of money, and I complied fully with all terms and KYC steps. I expect my payout to be processed or at least receive a valid explanation.

I’m attaching proof of my withdrawal request, verification, and chats with support. Please help me recover my funds.
