Issue with 1Bet withdrawal

1BET won’t payout and they do not give a reason for not processing the withdrawal. As per their payment policies etransfer should be processed within 24hours, it’s been 4.5 days now and the transaction is still pending. 1bet doesn’t respond to my emails and live chat doesn’t respond to me anymore. I don’t really know what to do right now since I can’t even communicate with 1Bet. I’d like to request for assistance from AGCCS in resolving this issue.
I’ve been patiently waiting hoping that 1bet would eventually process the transaction but nothing has changed in almost 5 days now, and I can’t even get through to the casino. Your help would be appreciated.
