Account closure issue with 1Bet

I’ve sent several emails to 1Bet requesting for my account to be permanently closed, but they haven’t responded.

It’s been 5 days now since I made the request and they won’t respond or action against my request, instead, they keep sending me emails offering me free bets and free spins which I explicitly requested in my email that I do not want any promotions or offers. I just want to close the account permanently as I am unsatisfied with their service and they never respond to customer emails.

I’ve tried live chat, but they weren’t helpful. They said that I should email them to Buch I’ve done and as per their terms and conditions, they are supposed to respond within 48 hours, it’s been 5 days now and they won’t respond.

I would appreciate any help the AGCS can provide to help me with this issue.
