Delayed withdrawal of 1200euros and no concrete responses

Hello AskGamblers,

I was making two deposits (2x 50€) at 1bet Casino and winning 1,200€ without using any bonus or promotion. Last sunday i requested a withdrawal (1,200€) and 1bet is acting absolutely ridiculous since then.

Live chat told me it would take a maximum of 48hrs to proceed my withdrawal. I then received an email that said i have to go through kyc process and they need several documents (bank statement, passport, internet invoice, etc.), so I provided all required documents within minutes. A day later kyc-department told me documents are all approved but they need a selfie of me holding my ID card, so I provided that selfie as well.

One day later live chat told me the money will be processed „very soon“ and „in the nearest possible time“, but I then received another mail that said the selfie I provided before is not sharp enough. So I made several new and sharp selfies and sent all of them so they can choose which one they like most.

Another day went by and nothing happened. I was contacting live chat again a few minutes ago and they just told me the same as before (they work on it with high priority and it will processed very soon). When I asked what that means and how much time it will take, live chat employee simply stopped responding and closed the chat.

It seems to me that 1bet is trying to gain time and hoping for gamblers to simply stop asking for withdrawals via chat or mail.

Please Askgamblers, help to get my money.

As the player (Dani49) explained it took a bit longer to finalize the KYC process. As you know it is a very strict and detailed process, which in some cases might take longer.

In this particular case there was an issue with the quality of the selfies we received, and we had to request them again. However, we can confirm that the player was approved, and the KYC process finished.

The withdrawal in question was also paid out in full.

We hope that this will clarify this situation and if there are any other issues we would be happy to assist.
