Account closed when tried to withdraw, neverending verification

Hello... I need help with 1bet......

I play all kinds of sports on live and pre. I paid 370EUR (about 1700zl) 16.05.2022. In few days playing different events both pre and live I made about 12.000zl(2700eur +/-)

I ordered a withdrawal of 6000zl (I think) I don't remember the exact amount and you can't enter the account. I got a full verification email, one then another one, of course I sent them everything. Then it was still possible to log into the account and play.

Around 19:00 30th of May I tried to log into my account and I got the information that my account has been closed?!?! 

I fired live chat, they said that my account is still being checked and that I cannot use my player account while it is being checked. After a week I checked live chat again, they said that my account is still being checked and that if there are any changes I will get an email.

Today its 30th of June - it's more than 1,5 month... What's going on?!
