False advertising, poor support


Hi, I just register in Dr Vegas, my username is my email < email removed >. It says "10 free for registration and 20 spins" more than clear. I filled the form, I register in, no balance and no spins, no problem, as so many other times (I´m logged in like in 50 casinos because I love to gamble, by the way, so I know the normal ways) . I´ll just ask for it to live chat I thought, so I did it. It attends me Imran < surname removed >, who told me first than nothing "hold me a moment please, I´ll be back to you", no problem, 40 minutes later, I left my email to him telling him always kindly and educated, to add the ten and the spins when he had the time, I even left him my email. No problem, an hour later, the same person attends me (zero my balance, no emails, nothing) like nothing happens, I ask him for the ten on registration, he says "you not activate your ten in your registration, so they will be not be there" after that I ask him where was to activate because I saw nothing in any place, just to know for a next time, he again left me waiting like 5 or 10 minutes between responses, and he says "I can add you the 20 spins, they´ll be there", again I try to talk where was to activate? no response, no balance, really few serious that they have attending this person, to a probably depositor or customer. I don´t need the 10$ thank God, but I want to complain about this person, because of his times attending people, it just cant real be you know, the slowest and worst attention that I see in any casino, no excuses. And the 10$ will be great if they give them to the public, as the giant color letters in the front page says, I guess that is not much to ask to be true, and that´s all. Sorry guys from the complaint but the attention from this person was terrible.
