A month later still no winnings


Deposited and Withdrew before it took a while but this time I withdrew £450 on the 10/4/2017 and it's STILL waiting authorisation. I have contacted them several times to find out whats going on and finally after much pestering from me i receive an email from the manager to tell me the payment gateway was broke! (Still broke) funny how they can accept payments fine through the gateway but not payout. Anyway I have now requested they send me a cheque and still haven't heard anything? I would just like to receive my winnings anyway possible but is proving to be impossible :( please help!

Wow, so accurate with you 24 hour prediction! Shame it wasn't that easy to find out why I wasn't receiving my winnings! Never mind and if you'd kindly close my Dr vegas account too as I wont be needing it anymore. thank you.

Also thank you Askgamblers - complaint resolved - shame they couldn't do it themselves and have to be prompted by you guys. Well it worked so thank you guys for your hard work too.
