To make things worse for me, I kept getting 'game unavailable' error messages whilst playing Finn And The Swirly Spin game! This was so annoying and irritating because I was using my 3G connection and not 2G, so such lost connections shouldn't be happening so frequently. It was recurring at about every 10 minutes intervals, regularly, so my session on my favourite Finn game was constantly interrupted, which certainly spoilt my day! Argh! Worse still, live chat service was, and is, not available at all, so I just couldn't complain about the lousy internet connection stability, but Big5casino tech team must really look into this matter and get it resolved!
Luckily for me, Finn game played well in the later stages of my play, but it started off coldly indeed. At one stage, I was down to my last 5 EUR, then the gameplay started improving gradually, although still giving lots of empty spins. After some hours of playing, I finally lost all my balance, but managed to reach the 29 Keys level, which wasn't bad at all. If only the internet connection was more stable, then I would at least have enjoyed my game more!
I also like the wagering indicator on the left hand side of the screen, but best of all, the actual withdrawable amount can also be seen in the 'bonuses' section. Any winnings derived from playing with cash money can be withdrawn at any time, but prorated with the actual wagering requirement completed - the higher the completed percentage, the more money can be withdrawn, without needing to complete the wagering requirement first. Only Casumo casino has a similar indicator, but all casinos should one too. This would keep out any guesswork on the actual wagering done.
