Oh my gawd! It was only 5 days ago that I had signed up at Bet 'N Spin Casino, made my first deposit, and claimed its 125% deposit bonus. The casino offers 4 tiers, or options, for the first deposit - $10 for 100%, $26 for 125%, $51 for 150% and $101 for 200% bonus - and I took up the second tier. By this time of writing this bonus review, it has now become a restricted item for me! Was it because I didn't give a good review on the casino, so they got upset and restricted me from taking up any more bonuses? Hahaha.
Well, no matter why, the fact remains that I didn't have a good time at Bet 'N Spin Casino. There were many things that I didn't like at all, and the main one is, I couldn't play my favourite Microgaming game, Supe It Up, with my deposit and bonus money. Why? Because both amounts were lumped into the Bonus Account, and money from the Bonus Account can only be played on games listed under the 'Casino' section. Microgaming games are listed under the 'Vegas' section and so become unplayable. What the argh! The next thing to note is that the deposit money is automatically credited into the Bonus Account and not separated, as in most other casinos, so this has a big implication of the playable games. Certainly not a desirable aspect at all!
On top of that, the bonus money took more than 15 minutes before it appeared in the Bonus Account. It got me wondering as what had happened to it, and I was just about to ask the Live Chat host about it when it finally appeared. To make matters worse, my deposit money was also transferred from the Cash Account into the Bonus Account automatically. I did not see anything wrong with that, until I opened up the game Supe It Up and saw a zero credit balance instead. I tried to get clarification from the Live Chat service, but it was offline at that time, so I sent a message instead. Several hours later, the Live Chat service came online and only then I was informed that Bonus Account money cannot be played on Microgaming games. What the argh!
By that time, I had lost more than half of my deposit and bonus money on NetEnt's blardy Dead Or Alive game! It's been a dead game for many months ever since it was 'upgraded', and I had not played on it since then. Not being able to play Supe It Up literally got me so upset and my game play went on disastrously from there on, losing whatever balance of credits I had left. After that incident, I then decided that Bet 'N Spin Casino shall not see another deposit from me, for as long as I cannot play Supe It Up with my deposit and bonus money. If I need to play the game with just my deposit money, then I might as well play the game at my favourite casinos, not at Bet 'N Spin Casino.

What do I dislike? Too many! But suffice to say, I don't like the separation of Microgaming games, I don't like the lumping of deposit money into the Bonus Account, the Live Chat wasn't always online, and the reply via email to my earlier query came only after I've lost all my deposit and bonus money. In fact, there is hardly anything that I like at all about Bet 'N SPin Casino.
