Betfair Affiliates - Unpaid Commissions, All Chaser Emails Ignored

I've started to refer a lot of players to Betfair. In fact, my blog heavily promotes their products (https­://­Pun­ter­2Pr­o.com). I had aspirations of becoming a top affiliate for them.

However, i noticed that all of my commissions were unpaid. I checked their t's & c's to confirm that I should have been paid already. So i chased them up - several times. My emails always receive an automated response, so I know it isn't bouncing. They've completely ignored every message.

I've given them a fair chance. I began chasing on August 7th, and i've sent several more since. I'm quite put out that they can't manage to respond (on various email addresses i might add), and i'm concerned that affiliates like myself will also have this same experience.
