Betfair Affiliates - Not helpful with login issue

I am a long time Betfair affiliate partner and have now made 1 requests to Betfair for assistance with this issue, which have all gone unacknowledged and unanswered so far.

Recently i have discovered that i am unable to log into my affiliate account for reasons unknown to me. I try to reset pasword and tell me maintenance . Please help me whit this!
