Betfair Affiliates - Unpaid Commission

I have not been paid any commission since September 2017 and currently have over £550 of commission outstanding.

I have emailed the team at Partne­rsh­ips.Pa­yme­nts­@be­tfa­ir.com on the following dates:
1/2/18
2/5/18
14/5/18

Unfortunately I haven't received a reply to any of those. I've never previously had a problem.

They have got in touch with you via email to give you the latest update. If you have changed your email address please contact us via Social @BetfairCS or directly via Facebook and we can look into updating this for you.

Please make sure to update your issue in a timely manner and let the AskGamblers Complaints Team know if you got the payment. Keep in mind that in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly.

Hi Luke

Thanks for getting back to me. I can confirm that I have been paid.

The confusion is in 2 parts:

1) - The payee name that comes in via Skrill has changed, therefore I didn't notice it amongst the others
2) - My affiliate account still shows the payments as being outstanding

Can I please ask in future that someone replies to emails because raising a complaint on here was not my preferred method of communication.
