I wrote this complain following countless email that I sent to the betfair's payment department. Who with arrogance and lack of transparency,lied me for several weeks about last facts. Although they write that the payment is done on the 15th,my account has always been paid on 27-28-30 of the next months All of this culminating with September's payment that had been done on the 3rd November. After an exchange of mails with one from the payments department at the finish of November I requested the payment for October. Back of several requests in a final confirmed that my payment was made,but in my neteller account there was no amount from the betfair's affiliate. Till several days in that I sent many emails I received my correspondence they apologize that was a mistake that the payment was not made and it will be remedied in 2 days. A few days later I wrote some emails and in a final I got an email that the payment will be made on the 15th december. I have no confidence in that manager who just keeps lying Avery time and always looks disturbed that I send mails. In the conditions that I only ask for the rights I worked for! I will send you attachments from the mailing lists

I am still waiting...You tell me i will get on 30th either , on the next week , on 15 December .
Tomorrow is 15 December ! What confidence should i have to bring more clients , if i get this trouble month after month , am always getting payment either on the last day of month , either in the other days of the next month !!???
