Betfair Affiliates - Unable to log in to my account, no assistance received so far

I am a long time Betfair affiliate partner and have now made 3 requests to Betfair for assistance with this issue, which have all gone unacknowledged and unanswered so far.

Recently i have discovered that i am unable to log into my affiliate account for reasons unknown to me.

As recently as 14 days ago i was able to log into my Betfair affiliate account as i was looking at Betfair promotional banners to use for my various activities.

I provide Betfair with potential customers on a daily basis and i currently have active customers who utilise Betfair regularly, all within agreeance and accords with Betfair's terms and conditions.

I should also note that i at all times act within Betfair's terms and conditions in regards to all of my promotional and related activities.

As i have not received any correspondence from Betfair, i am unsure why i am suddenly unable to log into and/or access my Betfair affiliate account, particularly as i have acted in good faith at all times.

Hi there, sorry to hear that you have been having trouble in regards to your affiliate account.

Have you visited affili­ate­s.b­etf­air.com yet please?

If you check the contact page there you will see the possibility to email several affiliate groups and they will get back to you.

Could you kindly give it a go, give them some time and get back to us if you require any further assistance?

Yes, i have been emailing the Betfair affiliate email addresses for weeks with little success.

I have now received a message through this website which i hope will lead to a successful resolution.

I shall update here on the issue when appropriate.

Thank you for the message, it is very much appreciated.

KD from pad­dy­p­o­we­­rbe­­tf­a­i­r.com has been in touch and i am now initiating some changes as per his advice.

After some conversation and advice from the pad­dy­­p­­o­w­e­­­rbe­­­t­f­a­­i­­r.com team i have now had access to my affiliate account restored.

I now consider this particular matter to be resolved satisfactorily.
