There are not many games that don’t offer any free spins or respins at all, but they usually have some other alternative features instead, like a Bonus or a Pick-Me/Item round. Wolves Wolves Wolves by Playtech, on the other hand, doesn’t have any of the above feature games, but has a randomly activated Additional Paylines feature, giving up to 100 paylines, without needing extra bet cost per spin. Well, this may sound like fun to some, but certainly not to me!
Let’s be very honest. Having 100 paylines is really nothing to brag about, as compared to having a much better 243 ways to win. Many providers are already offering Megaways games, having over 117,000 ways to win, and some even plays with a mere $0.10 bet per spin, so where does this Wolves game stand? Nowhere, and way behind the leaders! Furthermore, what is there in Wolves game that can make players want to play more and more? Again, nothing!
But let’s get back to the game. During base game play, the standard 5-reels 3-rows format may randomly be increased by 2 additional rows at a time. On the third increase, there would be a total of 9 rows, giving that 100 ways to win, at which time, the playscreen would be looking like a roll-out toilet paper sheet, with tiny prints on them, and it is in a format that I can never appreciate.
The low symbols may appear in stack of twos, the Wolves may be stacked 5 high, but the Wild symbol may expand up the entire reel, up to 9 symbols high. That’s a lot of Wilds on the reels, but they don’t multiply the wins, and they don’t cover enough paylines to really create good wins. Never mind the paytable – the win values of all the symbols are not that low, but not that good either.
After several separate play sessions, I managed to get the full 9 rows quite a number of times, a few times with 3 full reels of stacked Wilds, but still none could produce anything better than a 200x win. The best I got was 152x win, but it was really a very disappointing win after seeing the numerous Wild symbols on the reels! I was expecting a win of at least 300x, but the winning paylines let me down. Wolves Wolves Wolves may appeal to some, may not be such a bad game to play, but I still would avoid playing it nonetheless.
Wolves! Wolves! Wolves! Is a video slot from Playtech Software, with 5 Reels/40 - 100 Paylines/Expanding Wolf Symbols/Mystic Totem Feature.
The slot, could include the little shepherd of the famous fairy tale: The Boy Who Cried Wolf!
The tale concerns a shepherd Boy who repeatedly tricks nearby villagers into thinking a Wolf is attacking his town's Flock. When a Wolf actually does appear and the Boy again calls for Help, the villagers believe that it is another False Alarm and the Sheep are eaten by the Wolf. Ηowever, in this slot machine there is no little Shepherd, but there are Wolves, who can easily devoured, the rest of your Balance!
My first session ended quickly in minimal time and money, so I got away from the cold reels of. Proceed with caution.
