Wild Heist: At Peacock Manor is a video slot with 5 reels and 17 paylines powered by Thunderkick software. This crime-themed slot is inspired with what seems to be cartoon heists. Amazing, cartoon-like design and superb graphics of the reels which seem to be set in the inside of a door lock, and against blurred door backdrop, during night-time. You can play this slot here for fun, or you can visit any Thunderkick Casino to play for real.
Before you start picking locks, you should set your bets. To set your bets you need to click on "Coin". When you click on it a separate panel will open and you will be able to set the coins size which ranges from 0.10 to 100. "Autoplay" will allow you to set everything concerning spinning the reels automatically without interruption. "Spin" will turn the reels once you set your bet.
W is the Wild symbol and it substitutes for any other symbol in the game except for the Scatter. It can form winning combos on its own, and when it substitutes in a win.
Key is the Scatter symbol and if you land 3 or more, you will trigger the Bonus game which will award you with spins. When entering the game, you will get to pick 3 cards that will help you customize the bonus game. Each additional Scatter that triggers the feature will grant one more pick up to maximum of 5 picks.
Cards in the Picking feature include extra spins, additional multipliers on each win, a mystery feature, or a mid-win symbol being transformed into a Wild symbol. Two additional Scatters won in the bonus game will award you with 1 additional pick. You can win up to 4 picks.
During Wild Reels spin, up to 3 whole reels can be turned Wild. The Wild Reel is placed on the top of the reel, replacing all the symbols underneath it. Random Wilds spin awards up to 7 Wilds which will be randomly placed on the reels. With each walking Wild a Wild which is on the reels will move 1 step to the left, and a respin will be granted as long as at least 1 Walking Wild is active on the reels.
Mystery feature can be triggered randomly on any spin during the base game. Mystery Feature can award you with: Wild Reels, Random Wilds or Walking Wilds features.
Gameplay:
Number Coin: Open the betting panel to set the coin size.
Autoplay: Turn the reels automatically without interruption.
Spin: Turn the reels once you set your bet.
After trying out the game Fruit Warp by Thunderkick, I had begun liking this provider more and more. I’ve tried out literally all of their games, liking some, not really liking some others, but that’s a common thing with all other provider’s games as well. This Wild Heist at Peacock Manor game has an exciting title indeed, reminding me of crime thriller movies, so I was excited to give it a try.
As usual with all Thunderkick’s games, the starting minimum bet is only 0.10 per spin, so no one can ever say “I cannot afford to play these games”. Personally, I love the 0.10 bets, as my play budget is always on the small side, but when the going gets good, I may even up my bets to 0.50 or 1.00 per spin. Yeah, something it pays, but most times it eats, hahaha.
The win values of the top symbols aren’t that good, sadly enough, like getting 5 Wilds for a measly 20x win payout. Usually this would be around 100x, 200x or even 500x. The Scatters are non-paying too, which I don’t like at all, because most other games would pay at least 1x or 2x the bet for getting 2 Scatters. So in general, the paytable is on the low side, which isn’t good for creating big wins from the game.
Whenever you get 3 Scatters (Key symbol) on the reels, the Bonus game is activated. You then need to pick 3 Cards to determine the number of free spins, the Win Multiplier and the Extra Wild symbol for the feature game. Getting 2 Scatters during play would award 1 additional Card pick. In the base game play, a Wild Reel Respin feature can be randomly activated at any time, awarding up to 3 Wild Reels for 1 Respin. One more random feature is the Gold Card Mystery feature, awarding either a Wild Reel or Reels, randomly placed Wild symbols, or a Walking Wild. All sounds interesting enough but the absence of any win multiplier in the base game just isn’t exciting enough.
After many plays and tries on this game, I have to admit that I found it hard to get a Bonus Game, whilst the randomly activated features hardly gave me any decent win at all. My best win was only 87x my bet, so I wasn’t satisfied enough to give this game more plays in the future.
