Simply doesn’t pay. I deposited the money there, won, requested a withdrawal, and nothing. I contacted support several times over several days, and they always provided a withdrawal deadline. After the deadline, I would contact them again, and they’d give me a new deadline… and another one. They just keep stalling the bettor from getting paid. After complaining to support extensively, my account balance disappeared, along with the withdrawal request and the history of requests, as if I had never done anything there. There are no restrictions on my account, yet they’re now asking for my bank statement with my account details, claiming that this time they’ll pay if I send the 3-month bank statement along with my personal information and passwords. Let this serve as a warning to people not to fall for scams.

After going back and forth with the customer support, my withdrawal is still pending. It's been almost a week now they always claim that it will be processed soon. Now after 5 days, they just asked for KYC. Why not ask that in the 1st place instead of making your customer wait for almost a week.
