Hello I have delayed withdrawal for about 11 days now. I'm writing everyday to support but they say I need to wait because they are behind in payments (I don't understand how come and why) even tho they have 3 days to do it. I also asked why my withdrawal hadn't been processed in second they which was 18.03, customer support told me they have 3 business days to do it.
My withdrawal was placed on 16.03 and it's now 27.03.
I expected to be paid much faster than that.
