Hello, I am complaining about Polestar Casino. I earned some money and when I wanted to withdraw it they blocked my account. Even though I sent numerous documents for account verification, they kept asking for the same documents as if they were mocking me. My account has been closed for two weeks and they are not responding to emails anymore, I think I have been defrauded.

All rabidi casinos including polestar employ ultra predatory tactics. There's little or no responsible gaming options.
The withdrawals are delayed severely which breaches even their own conditions. The withdrawal limits are set up that if anyone wins the limits mean they have wait and wait and are at the casinos mercy as to whether they get their money or not.
The fact that you can't verify your account until they decide is predatory too. They stall and prolong everything to the limit.

First of all, I liked the layout of the casino. They have a good selection of games including Slingo which is my favourite and I quickly became a “VIP” due to large lodgements I made.
I soon realised however that their VIP status means nothing. I won over 5000 euro and they said the max I could withdraw was 800 euro in 24 hours so I ended up losing it all. I deposited even more money and made it to vip level “4” and made back nearly 3k and they still said I could only withdraw 1k maximum a day. I specifically asked them to turn off the reverse withdrawal for me as I realised I was a problem gambler but they didn’t and I lost it all again.
Finally, being an apparent VIP I was promised 10% of my weekly deposits back in cash. That week I spent almost 4k and they only gave me back 320 euro.
At one point my “vip manager” went on holiday and then I just never heard from VIP again nor the casino.
I’m writing this email because I want to outline their commitment to responsible gambling is remarkably shocking. At one point I voiced I was worried about how much money I was losing then was immediately offered a bonus. My reverse withdrawals were erratic and not once did anybody check in on me. They just don’t seem to care and their withdrawal limits are some of the worst limits I’ve ever seen in any casino (1k for a level 4 vip really?).
Polestar made no effort to make amends or to even give me the difference of my weekly cash back. I have met some casinos who really seem to care but this is just a quick money grab casino as far as I’m concerned.
