The games are fun, and I did get paid a portion of my winnings, so not a total scam like others BUT and a HUGEEE BUT, they refuse to pay out $900 more of my winnings and deduct from my account (read below for more info)
SCAMMED OUT OF $900
Overall, I've heard great things about the site. At first, was offered 2 promotions for free spins. 100 + 200 free spins with deposits of $50+ and $20. Great. After using the free spins, I won about $20 and $100 using them. Not bad I thought. I ended up playing for the next couple hours and after rolling over the winnings and spins about 15x, I was up $1100. The terms and conditions state that the Max Winnings that you can claim from free spins is $100 and come with. It clearly says that "FROM" free spins is $100. My winnings came long after the requirements and had nothing to do with the promo. Anyways, I went to withdraw and it was approved, but was asked to verify my account before. No issue, I do so, and then receive an email an hour or so later claiming that the max winnings I was entitled to was $200. I explained to customer service, showed proof of transactions, and explained that my winnings were after the promo requirements. I am very familiar with these rollovers/max winnings and how they work, and given most casinos will do whatever necessary to not pay out, I was expecting to be ready. Anyways, I have received a response finally and they said there is nothing they can do and once again explained, that the max winnings "FROM" free spins is $100 per. Once again, I explained that they are yet to look at the proof I sent and didn't acknowledge the fact my winnings were not "FROM" free spins and well after requirements. Weeks later, still nothing. Very disappointing that I couldn't even receive an explanation, or a response to my proof, etc. Overall, they paid $200 ($100 per promo) but I would absolutely be weary of trying to withdraw after winning anything more than that. WATCH OUT.
Jackbit isn't bad I like the style and most of the promos are pretty exciting compared to others in the same area. I think their sports betting odds are a little better than most too.
I dislike how they say things are free when they aren't free and portray a free no wager bet that still requires a deposit. It's always some stupid misleading wording with these casinos.

Signed up today, deposited a relatively small amount in crypto (20$) decided to withdraw, rejected, figured I needed to verify, went through the whole verification process and withdrew same amount to same address.
