I have made a withdrawal of INR 7,500 on 13-09-25 and in their withdrawal section there is only one method to transfer amount in local currency which is the method of IMPS. When I made withdrawal using IMPS method chat agent is suggesting to use another method of bank transfer as can be seen in the chat print I have attached... How am i supposed to use another method when there is only one method for withdrawal which is IMPS to get transferred in local currency and when further asked to agent he simply denying the money by saying they are facing currently problem with that method and there is no another method to withdraw in local currency other than IMPS... Please help me get back my money because these are the tactics simply used by casino to not to give money... Please help me publish this complaint and I have communicated with them via mail for the same but there is no response from them.
