Cant belieive it

Was playing at Play United casino when i made a deposit of $40 and received $40 bonus. After getting to about $250 in total (including winnings) i thought i would try a withdrawal of $50. It accepted my request but took back the bonus i was given which i didn't mind as i thought it was only fair. Played for about another 2 hours to which i had some small wins so i withdrew another $50 and then another $100. At this time i have withdrawn $200 and still have $220 in my account to bet with. After about 3 hours of playing the operator came up and told me that due to me withdrawing an amount before betting requirements were met that i would not be receiving any of my withdrawn winnings and that my current $220 would also be getting reset to $40. I told them that if this was the case with betting requirements why did they allow me to withdraw the first $50 as well as claim back there bonus. Was told that i had won with bonus money even though after my first withdrawal i still had about $170 in my account to play with (plus they had already taken back there bonus deposit already), so i believe i was playing with my money i had won and not the bonus money. I stated that if i could not actually withdraw why did they let me do so. Was given a big run around. After all is said, if i was not allowed to withdraw my first $50 i would still have met my requirements during the evening to be able to have withdraw $400 plus dollars but was only told this after already making 3 withdrawals.

I believe this is very unfair as these winnings were a big deal to me and are just a drop in the ocean to their ever growing bank account. If you need any more details please e mail me. Thinking this casino might be a bit of a scam to take your money either way. As stated, when i made my first withdrawal of $50 there was no complaint, only after actually winning some decent cash (to me) was there a complaint on there behalf. Very rude......

Unfortunately, you do have a complicated issue, but it does remain an open issue with our staff. I have been informed that our accounts dept. has been in contact with our bank and they have confirmed that they have successfully processed the funds, and no return funds have been received by your bank. Therefore, it appears to be an issue with your credit card company (as the withdrawal was processed back on to your credit card, not directly to your bank).

We have issued a tracking number (ARN number) for you to trace with your credit card company and locate the funds to determine why they have not settled. Unfortunately, since the transaction has been approved and the funds deducted from our bank, we cannot recall and reissue the payment (via Neteller or another alternative). Have you received any information from your credit card company?

All wagering requirements have been met including submitting documents and faxback form and depositing the required $50. Withdrawal approved on 4/9/009. The said they sent money to my visa debit card Not received and I know never sent. Checked with my bank they have nothing received. The wanted my bank to trace the money. My bank said no its up to the bank sending the money to do that. This is how I know they haven't sent it. If they had they would be only too happy to see where the funds had gone.15 emails later and still no money. Funny that. I know a runaround when I see one, and judging by the numerous comments on other forums with exactly the same story of non payment I know what sort of a casino they are .

I have told them to send the money to my Neteller a/c on numerous occasions if they are incapable of sending it to my visa. They declined with some stupid story bout only depositing back to the same way as the deposit was made. I play at numerous casinos and can choose my withdrawal method regardless of what I use to deposit with. The money is paid within 24 hours.

No problem. This place is not reputable and doesn't pay.

This casino should be avoided at all costs. They don't pay out. The tell you lies and give you the run around. Its been 3 weeks waiting for a cashout. They said they sent it but its never been received.
