The Pharaoh is the Wild symbol, 5 of which pays nothing. Yep, nothing, because only 2 of them can appear at any one time, and that would be on reel 1 and 5. A pharaoh appearing on reel 1 pays 2x the total bet amount. Oh gees! That's all a player can get from the Wild symbols? Yep, only one blardy Wild on reel 1 that pays. The one appearing on reel 5 is an absolute dumb! The Wild symbol doubles all wins and substitutes for other symbols except for the Scatter symbol. Hmm, like it would make much difference at all! The Scarab is the Scatter symbol, 5 of which pays the usual 100x the total bet amount. Getting 3 or more of these Scatters trigger The Pharaoh's Tomb Bonus Feature. The Professor pays 3000x, the Sphinx pays 1000x, the Bag and the Map both pays 500x, whilst the rest pay from 200x down to 100x, all per line bet for 5 of each kind. A very low paytable.
In the Pharaoh's Tomb Bonus Feature, there are 3 Tombs to pick from. Once inside the Tomb, there are 3 Sarcophagus with a hidden key in one of them. Pick one to find the key. If successful, a random prize is awarded and you go into the next Tomb. If the key is not found, you get paid 2x your bet amount as a consolation prize and the feature ends. If you managed to find all the 3 keys, a 100x your total bet amount is awarded. Sheesh! What a boring feature game, I must say, with the possibility of ending it all on the first wrong pick! That's like getting only 1 free spin from a Free Spins game, with a maximum of only 3 free spins. Why bother with this feature game at all?! A regular Free Spins game would have been so much more better and more interesting to play.

Pharaoh's Tomb is one of the most boring game in the entire collection of Microgaming games. In fact, honestly speaking, about half of Microgaming games had failed to get a passing rate from me! Hence I've never liked Microgaming on the whole.
