Slot Features
The Wild symbol is capable of substituting in a win for all the symbols except for the Kraken Bonus symbol. When substituting, it can help you form a win, and it will appear in both the base game and the Respin feature. Moreover, Wild symbols can also be Walking Wilds, but only in the respins feature.
Respins
It is a randomly triggering event that can happen on any spin in the base game. Once triggered, between 2 and 4 Walking Wilds will appear on the reels and move one step right with each subsequent spin. If a Walking Wild lands on top of the normal Wild symbol in the feature, you will be getting x1 Multiplier that will be active till the feature ends.
Into the Storm Bonus
Kraken is the Scatter that appears only during the base game, and if you hit 3 or more of them you will trigger the Into the Storm Bonus. You will kick the feature off with the awarded number of Hot Zones which will depend on the number of triggering symbols, but every other Kraken symbol that you land during the feature will animate another Kraken Hot Zone.
The round is played on a 9x5 grid with a max of 3 Hot Zones to be activated. The grid will spin to reveal either a Multiplier, Blanks or one of the 4 Modifiers that the game has. Multipliers range between x1 and x3 whereas Modifiers include Hammer, Treasure Chest, Viking Coin and Kraken Hot Zone, and the Modifiers that land on the grid within the Hot Zone will get locked in place. You can land up to a max of 3 instances of each modifier.
The bonus round starts with 3 respins and each time you land either a Multiplier or a Modifier during the feature, the count of respins will get reset back to 3. However, if you land a Viking Coin, the number of respins will increase by 1, and from 3 you will jump to 4.
When the Kraken lands it will reveal a Multiplier value between x2 and x5 that will get applied to adjacent spaces surrounding the Kraken and create a Hot Zone. If two Hot Zones overlap the Multipliers from both will get added together.
Hammer Modifier will send a lightning strike that will add a random Multiplier and double them. When a Treasure Chest lands, it will add up to the current Multipliers and then add them to the total meter. If it lands on a Hot Zone, it will multiply the Kraken Hot Zone’s multipliers. Viking Coins increase the number of Respins by 1 and up them from 3 to a total of 4.
Buy Pass
This is an expressway to trigger the Bonus round without having to wait for the regular triggers. The cost for a random number of triggering Scatters is x105 the bet, if you want to buy 4 triggering Scatters you will need to pay x145 the bet, and for 5 triggering Scatters you will need to cash out x185.

Into the Storm is an action-packed game filled with a lot of different elements we’ve seen before but together make a fairly interesting new addition.
