This is another game that I played on Inter casino on my recent gaming adventure. It is a 20 line game with with one free spin bonus. With it's Chinese theme it can definitely hypnotize a player and take him on a trip full of wilds and big pays.

I never played this game before and when I opened it I decided to give it a try on big bet. I was betting €1 and on my first spin I got the feature. To my luck it was a pick bonus feature and I picked 5 free spins with 4 x. I had a feeling that this was gong to be my lucky moment and was very excited to see how much I was going to win. The first spin came out with no pay and I was starting to worry. On my second spin I won €2 and was really praying for a miracle. Then on the third spin I got five koi fish, that right five koi fish and was buzzing. €40 and two more spins, with a possibility of getting five wilds. On the fourth spin I got small win and on the last I got four dragons with wild, which game me a total win of €79. An amazing first spin experience that I would never forget.

I played the game for a little wile after that and managed to stay level. When I left the game I was up almost €80 and was very happy.

This game also give me an impression that it would be possible to get five wilds on a pay line. The come out all the time and most of the time there is a couple or more out there. Even when you play on big bets they still come out.

The bonus symbols also come out a lot and really give you a chance to win the feature.

I must admit that the game could be a bit of a tease. Most of the spins you get two bonus symbols and the third one does not come out. I don't know about others but it stresses me out. Over all an epic game and my rating would be 8 out of 10.

This 20-payline slot, named Dragon 8’s from Amaya has East-Asian theme mainly focusing on symbolic animals like panda, crane, Koi fish and imaginary dragons. Though the graphics are colourful and nice but I don’t find it too interesting however creating a Pagoda-like building around the reels was a good idea, giving the slot a comprehensive, more beautiful look.

Despite the decent interface it is a very simple slot in every aspects of game experience. Three bonus, Lantern icons trigger the free spin feature where first have to pick a lantern out of 6 to determine the number of spins (4-7) then a coin to name the multiplier number (x3-x6). Though this feature can be re-played during this session but in my experience it’s not a well-donating extra as for my usual €1.40 stake I’ve never gave back more than €25. Somehow, I have a feeling while playing free spins that if I have a bigger multiplier the chance for any winnings exponentially decrease.

A winning with 5 Fans (scatter) can reward x200 of total bet but not only haven’t seen that much of them yet, but I only saw just once 4 scatters on the table which paid only x15 of bet. The Wild is the best paying symbol with the ability to present a max. 5000 times of a single coin value win and also can double all the winnings that accumulated with it.

Overall, I’ve found nothing special in this game and I can say it’s just barely entertaining. Obviously, the very limited successes I achieved using this slot plays a big part of my opinion but set this not pleasant fact aside, I still feel that something’s missing here. Better payout percentage, more variants of features or at least more curious extras (and I don’t even mention other plus like gambling bonus) could have given a big boost to the game but in this format my final judgment can’t be too positive about Dragon 8’s.

Note: Interesting, but I noticed that the coin denominations are very different at places (not that it would affect my style at all). For example 138.com allows only €0.25 a max. single coin value while at Goldbet this number is €2.00.
