ZigZagSport Casino does not withdraw my money for 16 days

I have been a client of this casino for a long period of time, for several years now.
Everything has always suited me, but times change ...
On 04/09/2021, I created a request to withdraw funds to the Piastrix payment system in the amount of 45,000 rubles - three requests for 15,000 rubles each. Until now (I am writing a complaint on 04/25/2021) I have not received a payment from the casino. It's been 16 days already.
I wrote to the online chat many times, I wrote a lot to the support mail and to the financial department of ZigZagSport casino.
I received the following responses from them:
1) A large flow of applications for payment from players
2) Problems with payments on Piastrix
3) Problems with payment systems due to restrictions of the Central Bank on the territory of the Russian Federation
I do not trust the support and financial department for these reasons:
1) There cannot be so many applications as to delay the payment by 16 days
2) Piastrix appeared just so that I, as a player, could deposit money in casinos and withdraw them from there. As far as I know, Piastrix did not fall under the restrictions of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. On the contrary, it is an affordable alternative to Qiwi and Bank Cards.
I contacted support and the financial department with a question:
“Can I withdraw money to Bitcoin?”.
My question was answered like this:
“We recommend not to cancel the current withdrawal requests and to wait for the receipt of funds to Piastrix”.
I don’t understand why I need to wait for the withdrawal of money to Piastrix, it is not known how long, when there should be absolutely no problems with withdrawing money to Bitcoin.
Also, the support did not answer my questions about whether the payment to Bitcoin will be faster. Therefore, I do not understand whether I should try to withdraw money to Bitcoin.
Today (04/25/2021) I received a recommendation from ZigZagSport to divide the current three orders of 15,000 rubles into several orders of 10,000 rubles. Why this should be done is not reported. So far I have not done this, since the current applications will have to be cancelled and it is unknown how many days to wait again.
On the balance of my account, in addition to 45,000 rubles, there are also 44,127 rubles.
It is not known how long it will take to receive the entire amount from the casino ...
I am asking Askgamblers to help me resolve this situation.
I ask Askgamblers to oblige ZigZagSport Casino to pay out my winnings as soon as possible.
