Hallo! I have made on 21.07.2022 an second try withdraw per mastercard! 352 Euro! The first withdrawal I made was last year! Then after some emails and chat, I have got the info I should not make a Withdraw with skrill (I had a deposit with skrill) I should make it with Mastercard - so I did this. But since 21.07. I have not gotten any info or any money! The chat is not reachable and after I have written in the chat window about my withdrawal I have not gotten any re mail! Please help!
