Withdrawals seriously delayed

I played on ZigZag Sport and was lucky to win around 5000 euro.

I did my first withdrawal 21st October by Bank Card. The same day they told me just to withdraw through Crypto is available. Even if I did deposit with bank card.

Since 21st October I've made many attempts to make withdraw through Crypto but just one attempt has been successful (withdraw 200 euro). My last withdraw is pending since 19th November (almost 3 weeks)!

No help came from live chat, they have just repeated over and over that they have an increased number of transactions. When can i receive my money?

Another thing to have in mind is that maximum withdrawal each time is 500 euro. And I have almost 5000 euro on my account. If every withdraw will take over a month, it will take about 10 months to withdraw all my money. That's not okay at all!!

ZigZagSport Casino,

You keep telling me that you’re gonna fix the situation but you haven’t fixed it in over 2 months.
I’ve kindly asked you a lot times when I can expect the money but you don’t answer me.
I’ve kindly asked you if I can withdraw in any other method but you haven’t answered me.

If you really are going to proceed my first withdraw its just 500euro and I still have 4500euro left on my account. I want to withdraw everything. Not 500euro each withdraw and be told to wait between every time..

Just do the right thing and payout my money.

First of all I want to thank Askgamblers for once more open the case. You’re great!

I will be very clear now. I’m am extremely tired about your embarrassing behaviour!
I haven’t received any money yet and it’s been over 2 months (!) since I made my first withdraw. I’ve even gave ZigZag Sport Casino the opportunity to pay out my winnings in another payout method if it’s hard for them but I haven’t got any response about that.

I’ve been writing to them several times a week but every time I’ve got the same answer : “ A little more time is needed due to the workload of the finance department.”

The thing I’m most angry with are the fact that my winnings aren’t even winnings if you compere to all deposits I’ve made on their site. They have earned money(!) on me but they still cannot payout some of that money (MY MONEY I’ve deposit) back to me.

This is the second time this case is reopened and the last chance for you, ZigZag Sport Casino to make things right and still being a respectful Casino…

Not possible to withdraw my funds, only in crypto??

I have made a few deposits and played two bonuses from them. I deposited in SEK and now I want to make a withdrawal to the same credit card that I used. I can't choose to withdraw to anything else than cryptocurrency for some strange reason. I have emailed them at least 15 times and asked them to fix this, but they don't reply to my emails.

I just want to withdraw my money to the same card that I used, not in crypto. I have tried to withdraw in crypto just to check if it was possible, but that is not possible either. They just hold my money and it's impossible to contact them.

Waiting for my payment of 352 Euro

Hallo! I have made on 21.07.2022 an second try withdraw per mastercard! 352 Euro! The first withdrawal I made was last year! Then after some emails and chat, I have got the info I should not make a Withdraw with skrill (I had a deposit with skrill) I should make it with Mastercard - so I did this. But since 21.07. I have not gotten any info or any money! The chat is not reachable and after I have written in the chat window about my withdrawal I have not gotten any re mail! Please help!

Wont respond to emails or process withdrawal

Firstly I really enjoyed their site layout. But then the small nightmare came.

I have won 1000 euro from a wanted slot game spin with 20 cents. I have won some more money betting parlays and singles on MMA. My most recent win was +183euro 4 piece parlay.

I am verified, I have been paid a withdrawal of 50 euro before.

I have requested a withdrawal of 500 euro 2 weeks ago on the 14th of september.

I have sent emails and attempted to ask the live chat, which is not live at all. It's just a leave a message request.

No ones responding anywhere. I feel like I'm being ignored.

On the bottom of the site it says " You shouldn't be worry about payouts in ZigZagSport.com. "

I am worried after reading all these reviews. I've deposited 694 euro in total. Losing some but ultimately winning in the end because of that wanted spin for 999.60 euro. But now they don't want to talk to me at all? Is it because I'm not allowed to win?

Doesn't pay out

I made deposits to the casino in question on April 6, 2022. I played NBA live bet and I won, I got the limits for betting and tried to withdraw the money, after that i need to verify my account. I verified the account and it has been approved. I tried several times to withdraw the money to skrill, but every time I asked why the withdrawal was not accepted, I got the answer that they are in a hurry. Well, when the withdraw had been pending for 2 weeks, I canceled and did it again, and the same thing continued, only answers came that they were in a hurry. The withdrawal was on hold for 2 months, after which I didn't get any more answers to emails. Live chat and phone number did not work. In June, I canceled and tried for a bank card, but that didn't go through either and they don't answer anything. I've also had Skrill removed from the withdrawal options in between, even though they say it's possible, I just don't see it when I try to make a withdrawal. My Skrill was also closed a while ago, so I can't withdraw there. It would be nice to get the stuck 3400 euros out.

Withdrawal still not processed after six months

I've raised two withdrawals:

1. 16/12/2021 - 40,000 INR through Skrill.

2. 23/01/2022 - 26,416 INR through Skrill.

I've contacted the casino several times through live chat as well as through email in the first 4 months. They said that there are delays in withdrawals and it will take some time. For the last couple of months, they are not even responding to my emails and it has been 6 months since I raised my first withdrawal. I feel like I'm being scammed here. Please help.

Refusing to process withdrawal

I have been waiting for over 3 months for my withdrawals to be processed yet nothing has occurred. This is not the first time I am here to complain about Zigzag sport nor will it be the last. It simply doesn’t take this long to process a simple set of withdrawals. My withdraw request super delay

I just want to complain regarding this site "zigzagsports.com" because they not giving me money from my account. I requested a withdrawal last March 27, 2022 but until now I have not received my money. They always keep responding with same messages when I follow up in email. Like "this will be processed soon" etc. etc.

Delayed payment of €99 since 14th March 2022

I have signed up with zigzagsport in Feb 22. I used a welcome bonus with my first deposit, finished the rollover, got verified and made a withdrawal. All that went well.

Then I made another deposit. When making another withdrawal of 99 euro on the 14th March 2022, that's when the problem started. Since then my payment is still pending. Several emails to supper were sent and the reply was always the same. They have delayes with payment. That's just unacceptable.

I still did not receive my withdrawal

I have an open withdrawal request for more than a month.

I've already tried to solve the problem directly with the Casino, but I always get the same answer "please wait a little longer", but they don't even bother to say how long that "a little longer" would be.

Searching the internet I realized that there are dozens of users in the same situation.

I have cashed out at this casino other times. My account has been fully verified for several years. And I took every care to submit the withdrawal request by the same method as the deposit.
