Withdrawal via Neteller is not processed

I have been waiting almost a month to my Neteller withdrawal to be processed at ZigZagSport. I think that's a way too long time. When I try to ask about this in the chat, I just get an answer that financial department will deal with the withdrawal requests. When I asked how can I contact to financial department, I got an email address from the chat, but they aren't answering anything. I have made a deposit and verified my Neteller account. At first they asked me to use my Visa to withdrawals, but that card isn't in use anymore, so I can't use that.
I can upload the printscreens of my withdrawal request and the emails I've wrote to them.
