Withdrawal request not proccessed


Hello. I opened an account in ZigzagSport Casino. I deposited via Neteller and wagered without any problem. But on April 23th I did my first withdrawal request of USD 300 via Neteller. Just pass more than 15 days, and the site did not process it. I contacted them a lot of times via their Chat support and via email; but always the answer is the same: "that I should wait, because they have delays in the withdrawal processing". I think that is a lot of time to wait. I attach the withdrawal confirmation mail and the zigzag account screenshots. Also I attach one of their mail answers.
