Long wait for the withdrawal request to be processed


I made a withdrawal request of 287 € to my Skrill account on 25.5.2021, but I have not received the funds. I have asked the chat about the status of my withdrawal request, but they just say that they will process the request in the order of users' queue, in the shortest time. However, it has been three weeks and the withdrawal still has not been processed.
